By purchasing, registering for, or attending an OOMAMI Experience (referred to as “Event” or “Experience”), you (“Guest,” “Participant,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are legally binding and govern your participation in any and all OOMAMI Experiences.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Your spot in any OOMAMI Experience is only secured upon full payment and receipt of a confirmation email. OOMAMI Experiences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by an authorized representative of OOMAMI Experiences. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
OOMAMI Experiences reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, experiences, excursions, speakers, activities, or any component of the itinerary due to weather conditions, partner/vendor availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
By participating in any OOMAMI Experience, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with event activities, including but not limited to: transportation, excursions, meals, interactions with vendors, or attendance at venues.
OOMAMI Experiences, its founders, affiliates, partners, vendors, sponsors, and team members shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, accident, or expense arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
This waiver applies to all attendees, including minors, and it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise and accept full responsibility on behalf of any minors attending the event.
OOMAMI Experiences collaborates with a variety of third-party vendors, service providers, and partners to deliver elements of your experience (e.g., catering, track experiences, merchandise, transportation, etc.).While we curate these experiences with care, OOMAMI Experiences by Nutripair Inc. is not responsible for:
All vendor-related claims, disputes, or service issues must be directed to the vendor or service provider directly.
Guests are responsible for their personal health and safety throughout the duration of the experience. OOMAMI Experiences will not be liable for any health-related issues including but not limited to food allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or exposure to illness.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the OOMAMI team of any dietary restrictions or medical concerns in advance of the event.
By attending the Experience, you grant OOMAMI Experiences, and its partners or affiliates, the right to capture and use your likeness, name, voice, image, and appearance in any promotional materials, photos, videos, social media content, or press without compensation or further approval.
If you wish to opt out of media inclusion, you must notify our team in writing at hello@nutripair.co at least 72 hours prior to the event.
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the minor’s participation and behavior during the event. OOMAMI Experiences assumes no responsibility or liability for minors, even if attending as part of a group.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while at the event.
OOMAMI reserves the right to verify the age of any guest using a child ticket. If appropriate documentation (e.g., school ID, government ID, or other reasonable verification) cannot be provided upon request, the guest may be required to purchase a full-price ticket to gain entry.
OOMAMI Experiences reserves the right to remove any guest from the event without refund for disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior. This includes but is not limited to harassment, intoxication, property damage, or failure to comply with staff instructions or event rules.
All branding, content, and materials provided by OOMAMI Experiences—including but not limited to logos, event content, experiences, and creative assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of OOMAMI Experiences and may not be copied, used, or redistributed without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
